Once you’ve downloaded the app and logged in, you’ll land on the Home Screen. From here, you can easily access all recent communications, including calls, IMs, voicemails, SMS, and faxing features. Everything is displayed for quick access at a glance.

Key Features of the Mobile App:

  • Search Functionality: Use the search bar at the top of the home screen to quickly find contacts or keywords from past messages.
  • Navigation Bar: Located at the bottom of the screen, the navigation bar provides access to key areas:
    • Recents Tab: View a history of your recent interactions, such as calls and messages.
    • Contacts Tab: Manage your favorite contacts, company contacts, and personal contacts synced from your device.
    • Dial Pad: Make phone calls directly from the app or send SMS messages with ease.
    • SmartBox: This central storage hub lets you organize and store files, including faxes, call recordings, and voicemails. Depending on your permissions, you can access shared folders for team collaboration.
