In this quick tutorial, we'll guide you through the process of reviewing your assigned and unassigned DID (Direct Inward Dialing) numbers from the PanTerra Networks Admin Portal. By effectively managing your DID numbers, you ensure that your communication system is optimized and that all phone numbers are appropriately assigned. This guide helps you maintain clarity over your setup and easily make adjustments when needed.

  1. Navigate the Admin Portal to access your account-level Service Manager.
  2. Review both assigned and unassigned DID numbers within the Phone Numbers section.
  3. Easily identify unassigned numbers available for reassignment or deactivation.

Steps to Review Your DID Numbers:

  1. Access the Admin Portal: Begin by logging into the PanTerra Networks Admin Portal.
  2. Navigate to Service Manager: Head over to the account-level Service Manager to manage your phone numbers.
  3. Open the Phone Numbers Section: Once there, locate the "Phone Numbers" tab, which houses both assigned and unassigned numbers.
  4. Expand the Lists: Click on the respective sections to expand and view assigned and unassigned DIDs.
  5. Review and Optimize: Use this view to identify any unassigned numbers, which can either be reassigned or removed based on your current needs.
